Introduction
The Union Member Center Website (“Site”) available at https://unionmembercenter.com is a software product designed, developed, and maintained by Red Brace, LLC.

UA Plumbers Local 5 has entered into an agreement with Red Brace, LLC to provide the Union Member Center Website to its members as a service. In doing so, the Terms of Use and Limitation of Liability apply to both parties. Hereafter, “We” refers to Red Brace, LLC and UA Plumbers Local 5.

Terms of Use
By using the Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

I agree to receive emails and text messages (SMS) from the Site. The emails and text messages may contain payment notifications, two-factor authentication, general correspondence, and announcements.

I acknowledge that my personal information such as my name, address, phone number, email, membership, and payment information will be made available to the Site. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I understand that it is my responsibility to verify the personal and financial data presented in the Site.

I understand that UA Plumbers Local 5 reserves the right to delete my data from the Site at any time for any reason.

I understand that payments made using the Site may take up to 48 hours to process.

I understand that system failure may occur resulting in late or missed payments. It is my responsibility to monitor my payments and confirm the accuracy.

I understand that the Site is only for union members and union administrative staff. Non-members are not permitted to log in or access the Site.

I will not share my login information with anyone. This includes my member number, date of birth, social security number, or secret PIN. 

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable to any third party with respect to any of the materials contained in the Site, nor any use of or reliance on such materials by any third party. We will not be liable for any damages (including special or consequential damages) or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of, the Site, or the materials in it.

The Site and the material and content hereof are provided “as is”, and without any warranty, express or implied, of any kind. The foregoing limitation of implied warranties is subject to applicable law.
